Day 9 of medication
Appointment went well. I have about 6 or 7 follicles in the right size range, and then several smaller follicles. Tonight I continue my medication, and then I do the trigger shot two nights from now. I asked if the trigger shot came with all of my medication because I didn't remember seeing it in the box. The doctor said it should have, so I grabbed my phone to pull up the pharmacy app and check my order. Thank goodness I asked! The trigger shot was never ordered for me! Everything hinges on that trigger shot. They had backups in the office, so I was able to take one, but that was too close for comfort. Had I not been through this process before, I would not have known to even ask. It would have come time for the shot and I would have panicked.
Egg retrieval is in three days!! I am so excited! It's so close. Can you feel it?
