Hi.

My name is Dani. Welcome to my site where I share my journey to have a baby. I hope to shed light on the infertility journey that so many couples are on. If you are struggling to conceive, please know you are not alone and there is hope. Leave a comment or send me an email if you have questions.

Embryo Transfer

I was up at 4:30 am. I felt like a kid on Christmas morning. We left before the sun was up, grabbed a warm, decaf latte, and drove to the clinic. Los Angeles traffic is no joke. It should only take an hour, but in true California fashion it took way longer.

The procedure only took 15 minutes, and then they had me rest for 20. The doctor said the embryos looked great, and were top rated. Here’s a picture of my little chickens.

Our two little blastocysts.

Doctor wants me on strict bedrest for three days, and no lifting anything over 10 pounds. This will be a bit challenging with a toddler, but I’ll do my best. Now we just need to stay positive and pray for those little beans to stick.

I’m officially PUPO!! Pregnant unless proven otherwise.
